Going to Technical School
If you don't have the money or desire for college, then go to a technical school. These schools don't take very long (one or two years), and they can get your foot in the door of a job which will pay a decent income. All jobs you will get from technical school are going to be labor jobs- you'll have to work with your hands. It's hard work, and, frankly, I hate it, but if it's what you have to do to earn more money, then so be it. I'd suggest looking for other methods to increase your income before you do this, because these jobs use a lot of energy which you'll need to further your plan for getting rich. Rather than spending it all at work, you could spend it on getting rich. However, if this is the best way you can increase your income, still do it. The extra energy needed will come from your own desire and willpower.

Work Harder
Those of you who own your own job in some ways determine your own income. You have an option available to you that many others dont: working harder. That's it. That's all there is to it. Work harder. If you work more, you'll get paid more. You'll need to do this so that you bring in more money. More money is important. You are assumed to be living as frugally as possible right now, so the next step is to increase your income. For you, getting a second job is senseless (unless your job is restricted by hours), because you can just work more at the current job you own.
Going to College
A great way to earn more money is to go to college. Of course, if you've already been, you can go back for an additional or a higher degree. If you already have enormous amounts of schooling under your belt, such as a Doctoral degree, then it's probably not worth your while to get another job; perhaps you should find another method to increase your income. For the rest of us, more education will certainly help get a higher paying job. You need to get a higher paying job in order to increase the amount of cash available to you.
Get a Second Job
There are many ways to increase your income, and one of those ways is to get a second job. Sure, you might not want to. But, guess what? You've got to! You want to be rich, don't you? You've got to find a way to increase your income somehow. And, most people cannot think of much else besides getting a second job. If you are like most people, then you should be getting a second job. You are already living frugally, so imagine how much more money you'll have with a second job. Many high paying jobs are not available at night, but if you can get one, do it. Obviously, the higher paying job you get, the better.
Be Frugal First
In order to make money, you must first be frugal. Then, and only then, can you worry about this next step of increasing your income. You must be sure that your living expenses, transportation expenses, food expenses, and entertainment expenses are as low as they can possibly be before you move on to this next step. If you have difficulty in determining how much you should spend, just ask yourself "What is the lowest amount I can spend while still maintaining a quality life from a homeless person's standpoint?" Then, you'll be able to live well while still spending less. Spending less is critical. If you do not spend less first, then this second step of increasing your income will be totally useless, because you will do what most people do - earn more, spend more. Only when you are living as frugally as possible can you move on to the next step.
